Returns Policy

While we hope that you will love every purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange. You are entitled to a refund or an exchange if you return your item in perfect condition within the applicable returns period.

The item must be returned to us undamaged, unused and in a sellable condition, together with a proof of purchase, within the specified timeframe from the purchase date and you will be eligible for a credit note or refund. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

We must stress that in order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging.

Return of sale goods

All sale goods must be returned within the designated period. Please note that postage charges may apply to sale or promotion items sent for return.

Final clearance and heavily discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any sale items purchased with a discount code may be non-returnable and non-refundable.

No promotional code can be used with final clearance items.

If an item is returned, free shipping does not apply. On an exchanged product, free shipping will only apply to the first order.

Goods returned outside of the above timeframes will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

All items bought on promotion or sale, same rules apply.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
